Medical Records

Your medical records are yours.  At Meducation you will be given a USB thumb drive containing your medical record, which can be carried on your keychain.  This USB thumb drive will be updated after each visit.  If you should have an emergency hospitalization, all of your records are with you and available -- including the results from your recent blood tests, EKGs, and other diagnostic tests.

If you wish to have additional drives to replace lost drives, to provide additional drives to family members, or for any other reason, they are available.
